Welcome back to Part 3 of That American Football Shows’ fans mock draft, be sure to check out parts 1 and 2 where the top 10 picks were made.

The next team on the clock are the New York Giants

Rashawn Slater

11. With the eleventh pick in the @TAFS Draft with 42% of the votes the New York Giants select: Rashawn Slater OT Northwestern, the Giants add my top lineman in the Draft this year to help protect Daniel Jones. Very mobile OT with quick strong hands, understands leverage very well and if anyone needs more convincing look up the tape of him shutting down Chase Young. I look forward to watching this match up again when they meet up when the Giants play Washington.

Jaylen Waddle

12. With the twelfth pick in the @TAFS Draft with 47% of the votes the Philadelphia Eagles select: Jaylen Waddle WR Alabama, Philly get Jalen Hurts and the Wide Receiver room some much-needed help going into the 2021 season. Some would argue that Waddle is the most explosive all-around athlete WR in this year’s draft. Has 4.3 speed and he gets straight up to full speed quickly showing his college track star background.

Christian Darrisaw

13.With the thirteenth pick in the @TAFS Draft with 41% of the votes the Los Angeles Chargers select: Christian Darrisaw OT Virginia Tech, the Chargers get better instantaneously with the pick of Darrisaw on the O-Line. Ever since they discovered their record-breaking Rookie Justin Herbert was the real deal the main priority has been investing in protecting him. Darrisaw comes out of Virginia Tech in the top 15 players in the draft, at 6’5 315 pounds he is a man mover with his elite hands and playing in the ACC he became accustomed to facing an NFL level pass rush.

Kwity Paye

14.With the fourteenth pick in the @TAFS Draft with 41% of the votes the Minnesota Vikings select: Kwity Paye Edge Michigan, Minnesota fills a need on defence with pass rusher Kwity Paye. Comes out of Michigan as a premier athlete with mounds of upside, shows improvement year on year which will only continue with elite coaching and the help of his peers. Sinks into contact which allows him to bull rush blockers and his beefy frame causes match up nightmares. Running a 4.52 at his Pro Day highlights just how much of an athletic freak he is.

Mac Jones

15.With the fifteenth pick in the @TAFS Draft with 50% of the votes the New England Patriots select: Mac Jones QB Alabama, Patriots find their future Quarterback with their highest ever first-round pick since 2008 when they selected Jared Mayo. Mac is arguably one of the most polarizing QB’s in this year’s draft with some analysts having him go in the top five and others having him go in the second round. In his 3 years at Bama Jones passed for 6,120 yards, had a 56–7 TD to INT ratio and had an average passer rating of 122.9. Extremely accurate on short and intermediate throws and stats calm under pressure whilst showing the offensive knowledge of a veteran.

That wraps up Part 3 of @TAFS Fans Mock Draft 2021, be sure to check out Parts 1,2 and Part 4 when out next week.
